Project overview

Who it's for:

  • Small local shops and businesses
  • Food trucks, cafés, pop-ups and market stalls
  • Creators, artisans, personal brands

The problem

"I want to start selling online as fast as possible, but I have no time, no know-how and no budget to build a store".

So instead of another do-it-yourself e-commerce kit, we built a system where you just send in a product list, and within 24 hours the Hop Hop Order team creates a fully-featured, good-looking, mobile store ready to take orders, payments, and shipping or pickup.

Key results for sellers

Hop Hop Order strips e-commerce down to the absolute minimum for the seller.

Live in 24h

Selling online from nothing but a product list.

Zero technology

The Hop Hop team handles the store and all the setup.

One place

Manage everything from a single dashboard.

Challenges

Sales scattered across channels

Orders come in through Instagram DMs, Messenger, WhatsApp, text messages. There's no single place showing who ordered what, when and for how much. It's easy to lose something, mix something up, forget.

Tools that are too heavy

Popular e-commerce platforms are too big and too complicated. Configuring domains, payments, themes, integrations – it's a barrier too high to clear. Most small businesses have no technical person on the team.

The owner's time and energy

The owner is simultaneously the salesperson, marketer, customer support and warehouse. There's no room to learn tools, test plugins and hunt for bugs. What's needed is a solution that just works – from day one.

No consistent customer experience

Customers order 'however they can': once by message, once in a comment, once by phone. No cart, no clear order summary, no confirmations. That breeds uncertainty and lowers trust in the brand.

Our approach

The project was built around a single idea:

"The seller should do as little as possible, the customer should have it as easy as possible."

So from the very beginning we focused on two perspectives: the seller's experience and the buyer's experience.

The solution: inside Hop Hop Order

Four key elements that changed how small businesses sell online

01

Express store launch

The seller sends a product list (say, a spreadsheet or photos with descriptions). The HopHop Order team sets up each product card, the categories and navigation structure, and a store look matched to the brand's character.

A store that normally takes weeks to build is ready here in 24 hours – from the moment the materials arrive.

02

A store built to sell on social media

The storefront design focuses on a simple, clean layout – no distractions, mobile-first (most traffic comes from Instagram links) and a clear call to action.

The link can go in an Instagram bio, into Stories and posts, or be linked from a campaign, a newsletter or an online business card.

03

Notifications and communication

So the seller doesn't have to keep refreshing the panel, every new order triggers an email notification. SMS notifications are available too, so key orders never get lost in the inbox.

The customer receives a clear confirmation and details the moment the order is paid.

04

Features that support sales

Based on the needs of the first users, we added posts and articles (for building the brand's story), timers and countdowns (perfect for pre-orders, drops and limited collections) and simple data management.

Even a 'non-technical' person feels at ease running the store.

"Launching a store takes about as long as brewing a coffee. No developer, no plugins, no months of configuration."
