Hop Hop Order
Hop Hop Order
Online store in 5 minutes instead of Shopify. Launch sales without any technical know-how.
Project overview
For whom:
- Small local shops and businesses
- Food trucks, cafés, pop-ups, and stalls
- Creators, makers, and personal brands
"I want to start selling online as quickly as possible, but I don't have the time, the know-how, or the budget to build a store."
So instead of yet another "do-it-yourself" e-commerce, we built a system where you just send a list of products, and the Hop Hop Order team builds, within 24 hours, a fully functional, polished, mobile-first storefront ready to take orders, payments, and shipping or pickup.
Key results for sellers.
With Hop Hop Order, the seller boils e-commerce down to its absolute minimum.
Live in 24 hours
Online sales from nothing more than a product list.
Zero tech
The store and configuration are handled by the Hop Hop team.
One place
Manage everything from a single dashboard.
What stood in the way.
Sales scattered across channels
Orders flow in via Instagram DMs, Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS. There's no single place that shows who ordered what, when, and for how much. Easy to lose, mix up, or forget.
Tools that are too heavy
Popular e-commerce platforms are too big and too complex. Configuring domains, payments, themes, and integrations is a barrier. Most small businesses don't have a technical person on the team.
The owner's time and energy
The owner is salesperson, marketer, customer service, and warehouse all at once. There's no room to learn tools, test plugins, and chase down bugs. They need something that just works — from day one.
No coherent customer experience
Customers order "however they can": one time a message, another time a comment, another time a phone call. No cart, no clear order summary, no confirmations. That breeds uncertainty and erodes trust in the brand.
Our approach
The project was built around a single idea:
"The seller has to do as little as possible; the customer has to have it as simple as possible."
From the start we focused on two perspectives: the seller's experience and the buyer's experience.
Hop Hop Order from the inside.
Four key elements that changed how small businesses sell online.
Express store launch
The seller sends a list of products (e.g., a spreadsheet or photos with descriptions). The Hop Hop Order team configures every product card, category structure for navigation, and a store look that fits the brand.
A store that normally takes weeks to build is ready in 24 hours — from the moment materials are delivered.
A store that sells through social
The storefront design focuses on a simple, clear layout — no clutter, mobile-first (most traffic comes from Instagram links), and a clear call to action.
The link can sit in your Instagram bio, in Stories/posts, link from campaigns, newsletters, or an online business card.
Notifications & communication
So the seller doesn't have to keep refreshing the panel, every new order generates an email notification. SMS notifications are also available so key orders don't get lost in the inbox.
The customer gets a clear confirmation and information the moment payment goes through.
Features that boost sales
Based on the needs of early users we added posts and articles (room for brand-building stories), timers and countdowns (perfect for pre-sales, drops, and limited drops), and simple data management.
Even a "non-technical" person feels at home managing the store.
Launching the store takes as long as making coffee. No developer, no plugins, no months of setup.
